Easy and effective
Using a glucose sensor (inserted in the upper arm), we continuously measure your blood sugar level changes, during a period of 14 days, under the influence of diet, exercise, sleep, stress and more.
In combination with a food diary (in the app) we map out your sugar response, which allows us to determine a personalized nutrition plan or training schedule.

Sugar intake that is too high will lead to glucose peaks followed by glucose dips. In addition, you feel tired, blurry and exhausted. We can map this out with the sensor and solve it together.

1 | Intake consultation and week 1: Installing and installing the sensor. The first week you scan the sensor to measure your blood sugar & register the nutritional intake and exercise moments to map your current lifestyle.
2 | Intervention consultation: After about 7 days, we go over the results together and discuss what can be improved in terms of nutrition, exercise or lifestyle effects. In week 2, you can get started with the recommendations. Apply the advice to the best of your ability and monitor progress in real time. You will see that your body reacts extremely quickly.
3 | Week 2; Applying and deploying nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.
4 | Progression consultation: On the 15th day, we evaluate your personalized nutrition plan and discuss the positive impact of these adjustments on your blood sugar and possibly weight. If necessary, we will suggest further adjustments.

No, certainly not, by placing the sensor in the upper arm in the first session, there is a fixed measuring point. We pair the sensor with your mobile phone. This needs an NFC function to be able to connect the device to the app, most phones have this available.
Measuring is simple, you only have to hold your phone against the sensor for a second, with a beep sound you will immediately hear that the measurement is successful. The sensor stores 8 hours of data.
At every meal you will log your food and measure. I really had fun doing this, you gain such valuable insight into which food choices offer what, as well as your exercise and other factors.
