1 | An extensive anamnesis in the first consult, in which we would like to listen to you and gain insight into the start, triggers, duration and course of your complaints. 

2| To get a clear picture of your unique microbiome, a laboratory stool analysis is requested (this step takes 2 – 3 weeks)
 
3| Based on these lab results, we will draw up a GUT REPAIR PLAN, specially formulated for your unique situation, which is discussed in a next consult.
